My concern with basically making CRS like GAO, where you post your reports on a Web site, is that it would basically bring all the work that you are doing to a screeching halt.

So if that was something that this subcommittee chose to review, I could only talk to you about it, to the Chief, and maybe the Architect of the Capitol, who, by the way, also sits on the Police Board, which most people don't realize.

It is probably the best buy we have got in the entire budget for peace and security.
