Your service when working with you has been a privilege. You have done a phenomenal job as Chairman in the House.

You are a great chairman. You are a great friend. You are a great example to our country.

You guys need to fix that.

I told this--everybody that is here, all the Members that were here, the people in the audience here, the VSOs here--the issue of dealing with Blue Water Navy is no longer going to be a question.

Success now and in the future will require close collaboration between the VA and Congress, a focus on engagement as well as accountability.

We need to fix it so that it is equal for everybody, and we are going to do that.

How we do it is the only question.

Customer service is number 1.

We are going to do Blue Water Navy being sympathetic to anything else that is going on.
