My constituents can’t afford more delays.

We need policies that encourage innovation while protecting consumers, strengthening competition, preparing our workforce, and ensuring AI advances America’s national security, not undermines it.

America doesn’t have to choose between leading in AI and putting commonsense rules of the road in place. In fact, our leadership depends on getting this right.

Artificial intelligence will reshape nearly every aspect of our economy and society. The only question is whether Congress is going to help shape that future or spend the next decade scrambling to catch up.

I urge you to make clear that the financial services industry will not legitimize an arrangement that sells privileged access to market-moving presidential communications, especially for the president’s personal financial benefit. No…

The choice is whether we will help shape this technology so it reflects American values or whether we will wait until its consequences are impossible to ignore.

The goal is not to stop technological progress. The goal is to make sure the American people have a real opportunity to benefit from it.
