It’s just an extraordinary moment in world history, in American history, in the history between our two nations, and so we have to be repairers of the breach, and we have to call that out.

Our state is still recovering from Lala, and we are not waiting for another storm to get close before preparing.

California built the film industry – and we’re ready to bring even more jobs home… Now it’s time for a real federal partnership to Make America Film Again.

I cannot guarantee that. But I can guarantee you nothing like this, the level of disrespect, talking past people, talking down to people, talking past and down to you.

Earmarks have long been part of the budget process, and we have worked over the years to make the process for reviewing them more transparent and accountable to the taxpayers of South Carolina.

Release the $87 million you owe us. Because if you don’t release the counterterrorism funding, you’re betraying every family that lost someone on 9/11.

This $58 million federal investment will help us train and retain more healthcare professionals, provide new ambulances in every county and modernize emergency communications.

As a physician who has practiced in rural communities, I know that distance can determine whether someone receives care in time.

Our focus and our priority needs to be on the safety of Californians, on protecting fire survivors when they’re impacted by these devastating events.

Simply put, this measure did not meet the gravity of this moment. The only solution is to return to fix the entire problem, not part of it.

Don’t undermine our public safety efforts. Don’t defund the police who thwart terror attacks. Don’t play political games with people’s lives.

Until now, Utahns had to … make an appointment, travel in person to the capital, or mail their sensitive documents to my office to obtain their apostilles.

We’re really proud to be the very first state to do it.

Now instead of bringing papers to the Capitol or waiting for the mail, Utahns can choose to send documents and receive their apostille certificates digitally.

This is a choice between a governor who fights for you and Helena Foulkes, a corporate CEO who donated to Mitch McConnell and put profit over working people.

This state isn’t for sale, and neither is this election.

This memorial is one way of saying that we see you, we honor you, and we will never forget you. Serving your country takes courage. We can never fully repay that sacrifice, but we can make sure it’s remembered.

Not a single Maryland community has been spared from this crisis.
