John Karl Fetterman is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from Pennsylvania since January 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously held the position of the 34th lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania from January 2019 to January 2023. Fetterman is known for his progressive stance on various issues, including education and food security.
My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.
You can’t defend when people start setting things on fire or they start damaging buildings or going after members of law enforcement. That’s not free speech. That is not peaceful protest.
After it’s public that you are getting help for depression, people will weaponize that.
I had to make a decision: getting here and sticking my thumb in the door for three seconds for a procedural vote or spend Monday night as a dad-daughter date.
The votes I missed were overwhelmingly procedural; they’re even called ‘bed check’ votes.
That kind of an evil…whether it was Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan or the Confederacy here in the South, that kind of movement has to be destroyed.
This was only ever about national security and protecting their way of life here. And now this is a radically different deal.
