With costs for everything rising under the policies of the Biden-Harris administration, it is important for Congress to look at ways to lower costs for American families.

I want to apologize to Jewish Americans here today, and across the country, for the necessity of having this hearing.

Unions choose to spend time and money advancing their divisive and anti-American political agenda.

The politicization of unions is not new.

If anything, they should pursue, they should advocate on behalf of the workplace interest of workers, rather than pursuing a radical, political agenda that alienates their members.

It is a moral imperative that demands our unwavering commitment.

I am disappointed with the current direction of EBSA under your leadership, which is fraught with regulatory excess and mismanagement.

The ESG investment principles are woke, and they are anti-American.

The Biden administration has used EBSA to promote their woke agenda.

So we're here to have his back. We're here to defend him, and to tell the truth about this travesty of justice, this political persecution, this election interference, this rigging elections.

Just want to congratulate and thank Governor Ron DeSantis. America is hungry for courageous, conservative leadership.

The typical American worker is far worse off.
