One of Congress' core responsibilities is oversight.

The fact remains that for far too many American households, in both Democratic and Republican districts, the monthly cost of an internet connection is not affordable enough to them.

There is no doubt in my mind this program has saved lives.

There's a difference between funding sent to a department so that they can get their work done versus funding in order for programs to give grants out to communities.

Is that the objective of EPA, is to make sure that we can transition effectively into a cleaner future?

Which they have the option to do.

The genesis of this effort is the Clean Community for Kids Act, which I proudly championed.

So actually some cleaner fossil fuel methods are allowed under this program?

CHCs and FQHCs, literally, are a lifeline for families with--like mine.
