Everyone knows this rule stinks. Everyone knows except the IRS.

Certainly no American citizen should have their constitutional and statutory rights withheld by the Government on the basis of their political affiliation, or simply because they criticized the way that the Government is being run.

We want to send a message to the IRS that you don't do this to our people. You do not do this to American citizens.
