No private company is going to build one of those plants without money.

EPA's climate agenda is all economic pain for no environmental gain.

Congress has acted in the areas that the President is concerned about.

EPA is clearly moving in the opposite direction, piling many new major rules on top of all the existing ones.

President Obama's extensive use of executive orders, executive actions, and unilateral regulatory action threatens to enable President Obama to become a government unto himself.

There is a reason, perhaps, that the CFPB is historically the least accountable, most powerful, Federal agency we have seen.

And to think, again, that in 2014 we are hearing evidence of Government-sanctioned discrimination is beyond the pale.

I have been moved by what I have heard. And, again, let me add my voice to the voices you have heard congratulating both of you ladies for the courage that you exhibit and for coming forward today.

I think it should be renamed Operation Fearless and Brainless from what we have heard here today.
