the question before us has always to do with action, terrorist action and violence.

I do want to make a distinction here about what the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.

But the terrorist, terrorist designation is targeted toward activity, conduct, war on the civilian population.

So there are a lot of conservative, we would even say repressive regimes around the world.
