We don’t want to have people feeling like they’re being surveilled by some private company or even being surveilled by their government.

The Fourth Amendment is not up for debate on this.

My number one concern is the privacy of people.

If a local community doesn’t want a data center, then local governments don’t have to permit it.

And so you can do both: you can protect local ratepayers and you can make sure we beat China, which is the No. 1 priority.

It’s a unanimous bill on something that is the front burner for everybody across the country right now, and they bury it.

We have to have the digital infrastructure to beat Communist China and make sure that our sensitive data is not being stored in China, in Chinese data centers that were created with a much larger carbon footprint and with a larger negative…

US enemies should not be able to pull out a credit card and buy information that helps them track American troops.

Too many of my colleagues on the other side of the aisle have taken that posture and they’ve gotten nothing done.

Their policies are directly responsible for the high cost of living, the decline in the quality of life, the out-of-control pro-criminal policies that make people less safe.

The last thing our National Airspace System needs is a cynical FAA Administrator so hellbent on stretching them thinner that he is willing to withhold their modest 2.8 percent pay raise.

Resources like the clinic will not only be a resource for families seeking support with their properties, but it will also train the next generation of attorneys.

You can’t access disaster relief. You can’t make the necessary repairs to your home, and in some cases, you can actually lose it altogether.

Properties that have been in your family for generations can become difficult to protect when the system doesn’t recognize the way that we have passed down land for generations.

We figured out how to hold on to that land, but for too many families, that’s just not the case.

The future of humanity cannot be left in the hands of a handful of Big Tech oligarchs.

I will continue fighting back against these attacks and working alongside our communities to protect New Mexico’s cherished lands and water for generations to come.

New Mexico’s public lands are central to our way of life.

And all the people that pay for it are leaving New York.

Because if we get this right, we're not just going to bring back industries and jobs that America lost, we're going to lead the industries of the future.
