Just baseline battlefield readiness

I’m not for abolishing the Senate, I’m for abolishing the filibuster.

I don’t have the power or ability to do that, it is what it is, we’re working with what we’ve got.

I’m a House member, we all hate the Senate.

We have been saying that this was an election that was shaping up as a contest between common sense and crazy, and now it is literally in many sectors around the country, common sense versus communism.

They have destroyed my home country, utterly destroyed.

I’ll fight the communists to the death because I know what it brings.

Socialism is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and we have to call it out.

What my biggest concern is today is what we’re witnessing here in America, and what we’re witnessing is the rise of communism.

There's no evidence for it, and I'm not going to validate his false narratives.

I've been pushing on that. Why don't we get behind that?

I don't trust the idea that we're just going to mesh it with some DHS database.

It's not clear that she's voted in enough Republican primary elections to be on the ballot.

When you want to control — for instance, you want have the grocery stores run by the government — that's the way it is in Russia. That's the way is in China. That's the way in communist-controlled countries.

I think Mr. Mamdani in New York says exactly where the party is. He wants government-run everything. That's called communism. That's way beyond socialism. That's communism.

The Democrat party is now being infiltrated with truly communist elements. I think Americans are going to realize that the Democrats are truly the crazy party now, and the country can't tolerate that.

Let me get back to my original question — why do you think that ‘American history’ should be erased from the American History museum?

You explained that the museum removed the phrase ‘American history’ from the mission statement in order to help people ‘to get out of the America-first mentality,’

If you believe that DEI is a righteous endeavor, please explain to the American people in a simple and straightforward way why racial quotas are good, how that promotes meritocracy, how that makes America better off.

If the left isn't criticizing me, then I'm not doing a good job, and I'm not being effective.

I think that so much of what the left believes in … is utterly intellectually indefensible.

You should receive what you deserve regardless of the color of your skin. And that is something that everybody ought to be able to get behind.

This is a win for Illinois taxpayers and American students who were shut out while Pritzker prioritized foreigners in our country illegally.
