It will relentlessly try to complete a task, and it doesn’t understand morality and consequences and evil and good.

We will hold public hearings on AI. We will pass legislation, reasonable guardrails on AI, and specifically data centers.

I can imagine some of the things that California is doing influencing how Congress thinks about these issues and that becoming something bigger.

If we do this right, we can build an enduring majority, one that will win not just the next one or two election cycles, but many more.
