My message is clear: I will always work hand-in-hand with Taiwan and our other partners throughout the region to tackle our shared challenges, strengthen security and build a more prosperous future.

No matter who sits in the Oval Office, Congress must have a steady vision for supporting Taiwan’s democracy and self-defense for the long haul.

We strongly urge you to withdraw this proposed rule.

This rule would derail American innovation and competitiveness at the local and national levels, kill good-paying American jobs, drive up costs for families, and halt essential projects in local communities.

The proposed changes solidify federal grant-making as an unprecedented partisan power-grab that eliminates transparency of how taxpayer dollars are spent.

Someone losing their life is a big goddamn deal.

Trump is extending his disastrous, illegal war with Iran. Congress and the American people have demanded the war end.

This war must end NOW.

This is another escalation in a war that the American people do not want.

Restarting his reckless war with Iran won't make America stronger.

Democrat voters in Maine voted for Graham Platner knowing he had this Nazi tattoo, knowing he had scandals — not this scandal — so he did win his primary, and I think the Maine voters should be able to work that out, I really do.

I really wish women — when a woman is raped, it’s extremely serious. And I stand behind women that are raped — and I ended my political career on that, by the way — and I wish women would come forward.

If you are raped or sexually assaulted, report it immediately. Don’t wait years later until the man runs for office to go to news outlets to tell your story.
