The reason there are so many urological procedures done now in McAllen is they hadn't had a urologist for over a decade.

I have a bipartisan bill, bipartisan bill H.R. 816 and I hope Congress will move quickly because if Obamacare is going to deepen this liability crisis it must be stopped.
