The oil market isn't free. It is a rigged monopoly, manipulated by a cartel that is draining the wealth out of the American economy.

Zeroing out wind and solar is not a good idea, would you agree with that?

From the earliest days, the Obama Administration has continually taken land and water off the table for oil and gas production.

The Administration is not locking up public land and preventing energy production.

It's imperative that America starts developing more of these energy resources to create jobs, help jump start the struggling economy and strengthen our national security.

Unfortunately, since taking office, President Obama and his Administration have done exactly the opposite and have repeatedly blocked access to American energy.

In the real world, we need responsible energy policies that respond to the great economic national security and environmental threats.

It's no secret that our constituents are looking to us for bipartisan jobs legislation. I think SBIR is our first and best foot forward.

So what is the rush to create a program that is so hard to reverse?
