When most people think of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commonly known as 'drones', they think of large aircraft used in overseas combat operations.

There are a lot of things to be concerned about.

I think this is something we need to really pay attention to and I think it is a misstep by our State Department and this administration to negotiate with Iran and open up that negotiation without giving anything.

I just think this is the wrong way and that we need to heed the warning.

Threats posed by small UAS are nothing new.

The proposed rules would place numerous limitations on flying small UAS: Flights could take place only in daylight, the area of operations would be limited, and only visual-line-of-sight operations would be permitted.

It is disturbing to me that the U.S. national intel report that came out has removed Iran and Hezbollah off the terrorist threat list.

Has that goal changed, in your opinions?

I feel like they have been growing and it just wasn't a correct conclusion.

The death tax is an immoral tax. And it is an attack on the American Dream.

The death tax, I think, Mr. Chairman, betrays that oath. And so I urge my colleagues to work with me in eradicating this immoral tax once and for all.

This tax is especially destructive to women and minority-owned businesses, the fastest-growing sector of our economy today.

But the family farm would be protected, if you keep farming.

I think we have a responsibility, and not to preserve millions of dollars in tax cuts for billionaires and the top one percent.

This would be pretty straightforward. It would say that you--if your father-in-law passes away and leaves you and your wife the farm, as long as you continue to farm it, you would be exempt from paying any taxes, any estate taxes.

As we move forward, we are all for balance and fair trade, and being who I am, a Republican and a capitalist and all that, we just hope our deal is a little bit better for us.
