DACA and DAPA will increase Gross Domestic Product by $90 billion over the next decade.

Have we lost our minds? I hope not.

If we are looking for a needle in a haystack, sometimes it is helpful if we actually reduce the size of the haystack.

I think there is another one that we are working on.

You need to have an answer to the question, how much are you putting forward.

Last Congress, this Committee... spent a great deal of time examining our Nation's broken immigration system.

We need to actually address the business needs for high-skilled labor.

But, I think all three of these factors point in one direction, and that is comprehensive immigration reform, not amnesty, not just you are here so we are going to make you citizens.

Ultimately, if I were sitting in your chair--I know how difficult it can be, but it is really developing and working together to come up with a comprehensive immigration plan as well as securing the border.

We can help. They have got to do it in the end, and part of what is needed is really strong, courageous leadership.

This is not us designing something in Washington, and I know there is some consultation, but that we are going to hang a billion-dollar here program, and, of course, they will take it.

As Governor, I worked on the development of the Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in Delaware.

I was pleased to see the Administration's proposal to expand PACE to serve younger individuals with disabilities and other high-risk populations.

Would you please discuss with us some of the improvements in health care outcomes as well as cost savings that may have already been realized in the last few years due to value-based Medicare reimbursements?

The PACE model for providing care and services is a good fit for this younger, qualified population.

I am concerned about the funding cliff that is faced by our federally qualified community health centers.
