I’ve visited with the president already about this federal disaster declaration that the governor was going to sign here this morning, and he has indicated that he will honor that.

The number one priority now is people.

I do carry your concerns back to the federal government, and to President Trump, and we will do all we can to fix those kind of things that that may have felt like a failure to you and to your community members.

My instruction to every state agency involved in this is to assume everybody who is missing is alive.
