I think we need major reform when it comes to MIDA, and I will be pushing for that reform again.
MIDA in particular has seen a little mission creep with what their initial responsibilities were and goals were.
Utah must invest state funds to ensure that every child has an equal opportunity to a quality educational foundation that will prepare them to grow, learn, and succeed.
If we really want Utah to be family friendly, then we must invest in our families.
I feel confident in the election system in this country, and I hope that politicians will be responsible.

Being named the No. 1 state is an honor, but what matters most is what that ranking represents: hardworking people, strong families, and neighbors who look out for one another.
The geology, the arid climate, existing infrastructure, distance from major population centers, and some of the very best people on planet Earth, make it one of the most practical locations for this kind of work.
