We have 18 different military installations and annexes in Hampton Roads.

This is already urgent in Virginia. The sea level rise in Hampton Roads is imposing significant costs on our military installations, but also on our communities.

They see that the alliances that the U.S. and other democratic nations have is a powerful force multiplier.

I do think it is a good template for how we can become more interoperable with our allies.
