I voted against the PATRIOT Act in 2001 and the FISA Amendment Act in 2008.

What is the effect of this Executive order? Is it improving your ability to share information with the private sector?

The overall effect of the Executive order is to jump-start some key initiatives that begin to address the cybersecurity threat.

We share President Obama's commitment and passion for education, and look forward to working with him and the Congress to ensure that all Americans can attain the skills they need to access meaningful opportunities.
