by number of sources- It seems like it was just yesterday when I sat down in my family living room with my dad to watch Super Bowl IV. It was an exciting game, watching Hank Stram strut up and down the sideline, Lenny Dawson completing long passes to Otis Taylor. This weekend, after 50 years in the desert, the Chiefs are back at the Super Bowl. On behalf of the entire delegation, I want to wish Coach Reid and MVP Patrick Mahomes a great day, a great game, wishing that they all do their very best and bring back home that Lombardi Trophy. ____________________2 sources2020govinfo.gov
- I want to start by thanking the Senator from Nebraska for helping to bring to light the significance of the Dobbs Supreme Court case. For some 30 years, I had the honor, the privilege of delivering a baby most every day of my life. Some 5,000 babies in residency and another 5,000 babies in private practice. Some days, I delivered none. Other days, it was one or two. There were days when I delivered 10, 11, 12 babies a day. Some of those babies I could fit in the palm of my hand. Other babies--I delivered several babies over 15 pounds. It has now been almost 4 years since I delivered my last baby, but I am still often asked: Do I miss obstetrics; and let me tell you, boy, do I miss it. My favorite part of the whole process, as I recall, though, was after a hard, long labor, seeing that baby emerge from the mother, holding that baby in my hands and waiting for it to cry. Sometimes it was crying as it entered into this world, other times it took 5 seconds, sometimes 30 seconds, sometimes a minute or two would go by as we worked on the baby. But my favorite part of every pregnancy was taking that crying baby and handing it over to a new mom and dad. It was absolutely the most spiritual moment of my life--the closest I ever got to seeing what God was truly like, to see a newborn baby in the hands of its mom and dad, with this just total agape love--this unconditional love. It was just the honor of my life to experience that almost on a daily basis.…2 sources2021govinfo.gov
- What are Democrats running from. Why are they afraid? If what you’re saying is true, then why are you worried about this? Why not have voter ID? Why not have some type of proof of citizenship.2 sources2026huffpost.com

- Every day the Democrats refuse to fund DHS, they choose politics over the safety and security of our great Nation. They continue to be the party of open borders and 'defund the police.' This just in over the wires, Mr. President. Breaking: The FBI warned police departments in California that Iran wants to retaliate for American attacks by launching offensive drones against the west coast, according to an alert. That is from ABC News. We can expect these threats to ramp up every day. Meanwhile, my colleagues across the aisle refuse to fund DHS. This is a political reason. You know, folks back home ask me: Why don't the Democrats come to the table? Well, that is just the issue--they won't even come to the table. The White House gave them a new deal, but the Democrats refuse to sit down with the White House and do any further negotiation. There has been no negotiation any further for weeks now at the subcommittee level, at the committee chair level, at the whip level, at the leadership level with our leader and their leader. They refuse to sit down with us. That is what America needs to understand. The Democrats won't even sit down to have this discussion. That is because it is a political issue that they happen to like. But we are a party of law and order. We are a party and we are a nation that wants secure borders, and we want law and order.2 sources2026govinfo.gov

Instead of writing press releases, we’ve been actively working with several news outlets to host and moderate a new debate at the fair.
The federal government’s first responsibility is protecting the American people. Criminal illegal aliens who have been ordered removed should never be released into our communities because of a court-created loophole.
Election integrity is the heartbeat of our constitutional republic. Americans must have confidence in our elections. We must pass voter ID, require proof of citizenship, and strengthen guardrails around mail-in ballots.

Well, this is probably why my staff tells me, no matter what the polls show, they tell me that we're down by three points, and we did get outspent about four to one last time around. Regardless, we're gonna keep working hard.
I guess we're trying to not need to do that. That's what our hope is, is that they won't need to do that. Leader McConnell was super helpful last time. So, you know, they're keeping tabs on this. We got to, you know, we're all one big…
I think to cancel the whole recess would be a problem, but I think to keep us up here another week or 10 days, certainly, I'm willing to do it. I'd stay here till November if I thought it would change things," Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan…

I’ve been in favor of term limits before I came to Congress. I think the last thing that we need are professional politicians up here.
Fraudsters are always looking for the next weak spot, and for years Washington has made their job far too easy.
Todd Blanche has wasted no time delivering results at the Department of Justice. For starters, his aggressive crackdown on fraud is holding bad actors accountable, protecting hardworking taxpayers, and sending a clear message that those…
It’s just shocking to see the people that are in the Democrat Party that are the voice now of the Democrat Party — these are radical Marxists and they’re certainly left of socialism.
I am ruling out any appointment in the Trump administration at least through the next two or two or three years.
I’m just shocked that there’s a world out there that thinks that grown people can’t have a firm discussion,
