It does seem to me that given the ubiquity of the Internet, as you said, it just becomes harder and harder and harder for folks who own that intellectual property to enforce that.

We don't want two Americas. We don't want urban to have all the latest and greatest and high-tech stuff, and then rural just be left behind.

You have given us more subpoena power, you have increased the sentences, which also serve to be an incredible deterrent in this type of crime.
