I do think it is very important for us to hear from experts who have worked both within the military and outside about what has worked to address sexual assault and rape.

I think that victim's agency needs to be considered carefully and that in many cases a victim would probably prefer not to have that happen, for reasons of confidentiality, safety, retaliation.
