And the word 'atmospherics' means what in this context?

I support strong sanctions because I think they are necessary to make this strategy work.

I want to begin by applauding the Administration's recent announcement of new sanctions on any financial institutions that conduct significant transactions in Iranian currency.

We will not permit Iran to have a nuclear weapon, period.

If I were a bad bank, which I am not, let me state for the record, I would not be too worried here.

I believe the Administration has to start sanctioning foreign banks that continue to conduct significant financial transactions or provide significant financial services with the sanctioned Iranian banks.

And was it under a different set of criteria? Why, when it was recovered under initial criteria, was it subsequently put back on a lesser level of listing, but nevertheless a listing level?
