We've seen just in the last 3 years, that the number of people who are applying for and getting religious exemptions has doubled--just in 3 years.

I'm certainly in favor of eliminating such philosophical exemptions.

We have to decide, as a community, do we want to protect the most vulnerable among us, or do we want to provide choices and options for protection?
