Congress needs to face its responsibility to pass immigration reform.

We need people to sit down, people on both sides of the aisle in a bipartisan way, and solve this problem.

Others such as Marco Rubio have said they do not believe the Arizona law should be expanded nationwide.

In my view, these State laws are both counterproductive and unconstitutional.

If it goes back into effect, we will see citizens sue.
