Why wouldn't you include wages for those years of the apprenticeship? Why are you excluding that? Why would you not want them to know that?

Why would you want to change a program that has worked for a hundred years, that continues to work today?

We need to have standards so we can make accurate decisions on the cost.

Our approach to date was we are not opening any new additional purchase orders or ordering additional material beyond the March of 2020 timeframe.

We have to standardize this, and General, Turkey suspension from the program. We don't expect them to come back.

I believe it is imperative for leaders to establish a Department-wide policy for guidance when we are comparing costs--apples-to-apples input between some of the legacy programs and the future generation aircraft.
