The president has turned the volume up to 11 and said, ‘No, we’re going to stop drugs coming into our country that are killing folks.’

We demand you pressure your colleague, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, to reinstate restrictions on Federal immigration enforcement operations in and around places of education.

I have Oklahomans that are dying from methamphetamine, from cocaine, from fentanyl, and from different drugs that are laced with fentanyl on it and mixing it in. That’s happening in my state as it’s happening all around the country.

The administration needs to give insight into Congress. That’s part of it. If this was happening with this level of insight under the Biden administration, I’d be apoplectic.

They’re seeing the impact of a government shutdown on them and their families that is personal and with potential for really harmful impacts.

Ron Johnson’s bill would essentially weaponize the government shutdown to allow President Trump to decide who works and gets paid and who doesn’t work and doesn’t get paid.

I happen to know and love a lot of people that voted for the president and they are not fascist, they are not Nazis, they’re not trying to destroy the Constitution and all those things.

I refuse to do those kinds of things because that kind of extreme kinds of rhetoric makes it easier for those kinds of extreme kinds of actions — even like what happened to poor Charlie Kirk.

If you call the president or someone like a fascist, you are effectively calling the people who are going to vote for him … then they must be fascist too … or they support fascism and those things. And that is just not true.

If the IRS thinks someone made an honest mistake filing their taxes, the IRS should be clear about how to correct it.

We are forcing about 2.8 million federal workers to work. Military, law enforcement, people who write Social Security checks, air traffic controllers, keeping our skies safe.
