I don't see the wisdom of this policy, and especially since the subcommittee has a history of not allowing congressional inserts unless the project is a validated DOD requirement in a FYDP.

Kay Bailey Hutchison is a former U.S. Senator from Texas, serving from 1993 to 2013. A member of the Republican Party, she was the first woman to represent Texas in the Senate. So you are moving on schedule, as long as the MILCON stays on schedule, to move those troops as originally determined earlier in BRAC?
I believe we need to look at that standard as for what it is that newspaper companies and how they can get a fair return for the investment they're making and the journalism we're publishing digitally.
