Exactly. So what you are saying is to have real consequences that we are committed to, regardless of the circumstances of implementing.

I do not ever bluff, so let me ask you this. When does threaten and when does consequences to actions--because too many times we threaten without resolve.

So how do we create within China this interest or this respect for the rule of law, because we see that in so many areas where there is not that?

I need to realize how far down the road we are going.

The United States must remain committed to monitoring the continued violation of the rule of law by the Chinese Government.

The Chinese Government is responsible for 50 to 80 percent of global theft of intellectual property, hurting American businesses and costing American jobs.

It would be too late, yes. When they become the consumer of their own products, it is game over.

They want to have safe mines. Let's work together to make sure that we don't put people out of business.
