What was challenging and frustrating is the fact that DOD has attempted to hide that, squash that information that they requested to be developed because it would impact their ability to spend if Congress got wind of it.
Until now, it has been very difficult to get reliable and useful and complete information as it relates to government spending and the American taxpayer dollars.
