I believe still exists.

No union. No way to go protect yourself and your paycheck.

If you want to be heard you better give money.

I was a military spouse, and my husband actually grew up in the military, so I am always very sensitive when I start to hear the word 'cuts' or looking at any programs that military communities benefit from.

I just want to make sure we target, you know, the right budget and the right places, instead of inadvertent impacts on military families and communities.

I add my voice in support of this and other legislation to establish robust and common sense paid leave policies for all workers, public and private sector.

I am just imploring you to look at that again and recognize that that is not real. That is not possible.

So we're still leaving more workers behind.
