The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division B (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to mail any mass mailing (as defined in subparagraph (E) of section 3210(a)(6) of title 39, United States Code) which is larger than 4\1/4\ inches high x 6 inches long x 0.016 inches thick.
