HAMPTON HARBOR, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. In carrying out the project for navigation, Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire, under section 107 of the River and Harbor Act of 1960 (33 U.S.C. 577), the Secretary shall use all existing authorities of the Secretary to mitigate severe shoaling. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 918, the gentlewoman from New Hampshire (Ms. Shea-Porter) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
