I am deeply concerned, like everybody is here, about this, but I am also very puzzled.
And so, I still want to know what happens besides you guys shouldn't have done that?
It's also important to remember what the purpose of the Job Corps is and what it does for the disadvantaged youth of our country.
I think we're all in agreement that the safety and the welfare is incredibly important, probably No. 1, for the responsibility of the Job Corps.
Well, I know that most of them are tremendous men and women ready to serve their country working very hard, but I think we need to think a little outside the box, and you know, put a little bit more into that mix there.
If you have a victim that wants to report, and then, as you know, report restricted instead of unrestricted, it is a different thing altogether, because there is no investigation at that particular point.
I am disappointed and shocked at where we have gone and where our culture has gone for this.
