PORTSMOUTH HARBOR AND PISCATAQUA RIVER. The Secretary shall expedite the project for navigation for Portsmouth Harbor and the Piscataqua River authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1173). The Acting CHAIR.
