Dan Benishek is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, serving Michigan's 1st congressional district from 2011 to 2015. Well, can't the appointment be made right at the time that the patient is referred, right there so the patient can participate?

There is too big of a project. There is not enough smaller projects so that the average logger in the area can actually do the project.
