So you are telling me that there are only 12 places in the country that this is actually occurring out of the hundreds of VA facilities around?
It seems to me that usually if you have got a problem with your toe, that they usually do a vascular evaluation before they start operating on the toe.
H.R. 3956 would help correct this lack of permanent leadership at the health care centers that so many of our nation's veterans rely on.
