It is not fair to put that immense burden on the American people, those cuts.

These HAVA programs must receive the funding they need to ensure that our elections remain secure, accurate, and accessible.

My view is that there is nobody who wants to pay more than their fair share.

But we are going to have legitimate differences. We are going to have discussions about the level of funding.

This President's economic program has created 12 million jobs in 2 years. Unprecedented.
