Mr. Chairman, section 550 of the bill seems to do the same thing. Reading from the bill itself, it says: ``None of the funds made available in this act may be used to finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule entitled `The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors,'' Federal reg, et cetera-- ``or any substantially similar rule.'' Is that the same effect as this amendment?
