There have been over 55 of these amendments. There have been some passed on voice vote. Every one put on the roll has lost, and this one will lose. It is a nonserious amendment and not offered as a serious effort to legislate as so many requested be done, which is why they wanted so many amendments. These are not serious amendments, and I oppose them. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
