Mike Capuano is a former U.S. Representative from Massachusetts, serving from 1999 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Massachusetts's 8th congressional district. My intent is simply to allow business to do something that I don't think we intended to do in the first place.
I never thought that any law was 100 percent. And I think part of our responsibility is when we do something, if we find a problem with it later on, we should fix it.

But the taxpayers are supposed to give over billions of dollars of property to a private.
I don't see how a private entity could possibly care--or should care, again, that is not their role--in the interests of the general public who live underneath these flight paths.
