Mr. Chairman, I have had some good-tasting whoppers in my time, but this is a whopper of a bad idea if I ever heard one, trading good paying jobs with benefits for cheaper cheeseburgers.

There will be no more bottom lines on whether it was worth the money to not do PTC and possibly risk lives or property.

I don't remember being taught by any of the Jesuits it was OK to separate parents from children.
