We must take steps to ensure that we are fully prepared should this aggression escalate in the Arctic.
That is exactly why I introduced the Arctic Diplomacy Act of 2021, to establish a United States Ambassador at Large for Arctic affairs and increase U.S. strategic engagement in the region.
