For too long we have seen prejudice and violence against the LGBTI persons globally and here in the United States. This bill is a strong response to international human rights abuse based on sexual orientation, gender identification, or sex characteristics.
Keating highlights the need for the Global Respect Act to combat LGBTI discrimination.
