Bill Keating is an American politician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 9th congressional district, a position he has held since January 3, 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Keating has focused on issues such as national security, veterans' affairs, and economic development throughout his tenure. He has been an advocate for policies aimed at supporting local businesses and improving infrastructure in his district.
Ultimately, our commitment to democracy and human rights should be the backbone of everything we do.
The U.S. must engage Haitian civil society and support Haitian-led efforts to restore peace, security, and human dignity.
That is exactly why I introduced the Arctic Diplomacy Act of 2021, to establish a United States Ambassador at Large for Arctic affairs and increase U.S. strategic engagement in the region.

A president just cannot come down and tell the country and all the people what's going to be done.
As you can see, Mr. Escobar, there's been great bipartisan interest in the region.
