I would be remiss if I failed to note that, earlier this summer, parents of children who suffer from allergies were suddenly faced with dramatic increases for epinephrine injectors or Epipens.

Is there a common denominator for drug companies who are required to submit additional information during the approval process?

You indicated in your testimony and in part in response to my questions that often substance within the application process, substance within that application is insufficient for an approval.

There are a number of pending orders that are highly partisan and controversial before the FCC.

This bill would help law enforcement to locate wireless 911 callers in emergencies by ensuring that they have critical access to location information.

Obviously, if you have the case, you fire them. That is why we fired 3,755 people. You do not tolerate that kind of behavior.

To me, that again highlights this difficulty in getting rid of, in this case, not just bad actors but terrible actors.

The fear of losing what I earned versus the fear of being sexually assaulted again, I do not know which one was more important.

It certainly violates veterans' trust.

We commend Senator Moran and the Subcommittee for taking an interest in stopping practices that harm consumers.

I guess your point was really about knowing the market.

I mean, my point is that while we talked about--Mr. Cohen, you, in particular, talked about the disadvantages, the wrongness of holdbacks, their consequences.

Maybe somebody is sitting in the audience today being inspired by you with the desire to pursue a career of public service.

Can there be some legislation to stop these companies from making such large profits and hurting the average consumer?
