I would like to ask everyone here in this subcommittee to consider bringing to the 113th Congress the Help Veterans Own Franchises Act.
Veterans hire more veterans. You know, when you ask about what do veterans do? Veterans understand commitment.
And could you use part of your GI bill? Not all military veterans who come out go right into college, but if they could use that for franchise education to get them into business quicker?
And what we--what we want to do, all it does is it offers a tax credit to the veteran for up to 50 percent of their franchise fee.
We should be working together to make sure people have access to quality affordable health care rather than trying to find fault and blame.
